Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Precision Metal Fabrication Specialist to transform drawings into durable parts. You will read blueprints, plan setups, cut, form, and weld using MIG, TIG, and stick processes, and verify dimensions throughout production.

You will work with engineers and teammates to troubleshoot issues, maintain equipment, and uphold OSHA safety standards in a noisy shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred.
• Hands-on experience in metal fabrication, welding, or related trade.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with confidence.
• Demonstrated welding capability across MIG, TIG and stick processes.
• Comfort operating fabrication machinery and shop tools.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong problem-solving and independent work habits.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and specs to map the sequence of operations.
• Cut, form, and assemble raw stock using saws, grinders, and CNC equipment.
• Weld components using MIG, TIG, and stick processes as needed.
• Perform in-process checks for dimensional accuracy and fit-up.
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues to maintain flow and quality.
• Maintain tools and ensure a safe, clean, organized work area.
