Torrey Holistics is seeking a Welder to produce high-quality welded pipe assemblies in a fast-paced fabrication environment. The role operates welding and plasma equipment, performs rewelds, and ensures products meet quality standards.

You will read work orders and drawings, handle pipe, and maintain a safe, organized workspace. The ideal candidate has MIG welding experience, basic math skills, and the ability to complete company welding certification requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous welding experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or production environment preferred.
• Ability to complete welding certification requirements.
• Experience operating welding or plasma equipment is preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated welding and plasma equipment to weld outlets onto pipe per specs.
• Perform manual rewelds to meet quality standards.
• Load, position and unload pipe using proper handling techniques.
• Inspect welded assemblies for quality and compliance.
• Apply certification stamps to welds as required.
• Prepare finished pipe bundles for shipping when needed.
• Read work orders and fabrication drawings to complete work accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area.
