Qualifications

• Interpret welding blueprints, sketches and drawings to plan weld sequence and materials.
• Demonstrate ability to hold weld quality free of cracks, porosity and undercut.
• Adhere to industry codes and customer requirements in all work.

Responsibilities

• Interpret welding blueprints and select welding process and parameters.
• Prepare joints by cleaning, grinding, and beveling for alignment.
• Execute MIG, TIG, Stick and Flux-Core welding on carbon steel, stainless, aluminum.
• Inspect welds and perform post-weld checks; document non-conformances.
• Maintain welding logs, ensure traceability and continuous improvement.
• Maintain a tidy, safe workspace; follow LOTO and PPE requirements.
