Barnard Construction Company, Inc., based in Bozeman, Montana, is seeking an experienced Motor Grader-Blade Operator to run motor graders on civil construction projects in Columbus, NM. You will perform rough and finish grading, level and spread materials, and ensure work meets exact grade and slope specifications on heavy civil sites.

Essential duties include operating grader with laser systems and stakes, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety policies.

Competenze

• Must operate a Motor Grader/Blade in heavy civil construction to precise passes.
• Use laser systems and reference stakes to achieve exact elevations and drainage.
• Set and regulate blade depth, angle, and tilt.

Mansioni

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to kneel, stoop, crouch, balance, climb or crawl.
• Ability to rig and hoist material safely.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (cold and wet).
• Ability to work long, irregular hours; 50–70 per week.
