Job summary

You will perform rough and finish grading, level subgrades and maintain grade and slope according to plans, using laser guidance and stakes for precision. The role requires a minimum of five years in construction and at least two years operating a motor grader.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of construction experience.
• Minimum two years operating a Motor Grader/Blade.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Motor Grader/Blade to level and shape subgrades.
• Use laser guidance and stakes to achieve exact elevations and drainage.
• Follow on-site management and safety policies and procedures.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Work long hours, 50–70 per week.
