Qualifications

• Must possess competence in operating a Motor Grader/Blade in heavy civil construction to level, shape and smooth subgrades.
• Use laser systems and reference grade stakes to achieve exact elevations and drainage.
• Set and regulate blade depth, angle, and tilt.

Responsibilities

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to kneel, stoop, crouch, balance, climb or crawl.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance and work long hours (50–70 per week) in extreme weather.
