Qualifications

• Minimum five years construction experience.
• Minimum two years operating a Motor Grader/Blade.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Kneel, stoop, crouch, balance, climb or crawl.
• Rig and hoist material as needed.
• Tolerate heights without fear.
• Stand or walk for long periods and work in extreme weather.
• Work long hours, six to seven days per week, 50–70 hours weekly.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance as required.
• Safely and effectively perform essential job functions.
