Job summary

Allient Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking assemblers to join our production team. The role involves manufacture and assembly of small motor components and motion control products, with both 1st and 2nd shift available.

You will work with supervisors to align with the production schedule, verify materials, read prints and OMS, and maintain safety and quality standards on the line. Experience with calipers or micrometers is a plus.

Qualifications

High school education or equivalent.
Read and interpret drawings, follow routers, use basic math, and use measuring tools.
Soldering, lead wiring, and forming experience is a plus.
Good manual dexterity to manipulate small objects.

Responsibilities

Coordinate assignments with the production schedule and communicate goals to the work cell.
Ensure proper materials are in place to meet production assignments.
Communicate with other departments regarding production issues and status.
Load and unload machines for fastening, light metal-cutting on the assembly line.
Oversee daily operations and maintain a safe, clean working environment.
Inspect components and assemblies visually and with inspection tools.
Use prints, job orders, OMS, and work instructions to ensure proper materials.
Inventory materials in the work area and prepare required documentation.
