Job summary

Allient Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking motivated Assemblers to join our production team on 1st shift. The Assembler will perform all operations required for the manufacture and assembly of small motor components and motion control products and systems.

You will read blueprints, inspect parts, and use calipers/micrometers to verify dimensions. This role requires standing for long periods and may involve lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance. Soldering experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read drawings and blueprints.
• Ability to use calipers and micrometers.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Soldering or lead wiring experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect components and assemblies using visual checks and precision tools to ensure quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and work instructions to build parts to specifications.
• Use calipers and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and maintain production accuracy.
• Assemble parts and inspect to meet customer requirements and company quality standards.
