Hanna Holdings, Inc. seeks a Mortgage Loan Closer to join our team. You will prepare, review and close residential mortgage loans on schedule, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance throughout the process.

The ideal candidate understands Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA closing documents, TRID rules, and collaborates with title companies, attorneys and lenders to coordinate closings and maintain complete loan files.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mortgage closing experience
• Strong knowledge of closing documents for Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA
• Familiarity with TRID and other applicable compliance regulations
• Experience with mortgage loan origination systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review closing documents in accordance with loan approval terms, investor guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate loan closings with title companies, attorneys, borrowers, lenders, and internal departments.
• Verify loan data, including loan amount, interest rate, and fees, to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure all closing conditions are met prior to disbursement.
• Issue and manage Closing Disclosures (CDs) and final settlement statements.
• Perform funding authorization and coordinate disbursement of funds.
• Communicate regularly with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely closings.
• Maintain complete and accurate loan files in accordance with company and investor requirements.
• Keep current on federal, state, and investor regulations related to loan closings.
• Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external partners.
