Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong machining skills with milling operations and precision tooling.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance on tooling and production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify root causes for improved reliability.
• Experience maintaining molds, fixtures, and related machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Experience in plastics injection molding or similar tooling environments is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in machining or industrial maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate milling and machining equipment to fabricate, modify or repair mold components per engineering specs.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mold tooling and related equipment.
• Diagnose tooling issues, troubleshoot mechanical problems, and implement timely repairs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering and quality teams to ensure safe operations.
• Support continuous improvement of mold tooling processes and minimize downtime.
