Ultradent is seeking a Molding Process Technician II for our Salt Lake City facility. You will adjust and monitor injection molding equipment, diagnose faults, and ensure first piece quality before production release.

The role includes setting up tooling for robotic removal and maintaining molds and tooling with a focus on process stability. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in plastic manufacturing, strong math and quality measurement skills, and experience with molding processes.

Qualificações

• Three years minimum experience in a plastic manufacturing facility as a process tech/set-up tech.
• Demonstrated molding process knowledge and equipment troubleshooting.
• Ability to document quality and production records accurately.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Adjust and monitor injection molding equipment to maintain cycle times and product quality.
• Diagnose faults and perform required repairs or adjustments.
• Set up End of Arm tooling for robotic part removal and start molding machines.
• Pull and set injection molds and ensure first piece quality before production release.
• Maintain proper handling of materials, molds and tooling and support continuous improvement.
