Job summary

Ultradent is seeking a Mold Tooling Technician to ensure injection molds are maintained and perform as required for the production team. The role emphasizes safe practices and enforcing safety policies.

The technician will perform preventative maintenance, assemble/disassemble molds for changeovers, and troubleshoot tooling issues while supporting technical and production teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills and technical problem solving.
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics.
• Ability to be flexible in approach and adapt to workload.
• Methodical problem solving approach.
• Good understanding of operating a Mill, Lathe, Grinder, and Welder.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
• Hot Runner Knowledge of heaters, thermocouples and other components.
• Observe safe rigging and mold handling practices.

Responsibilities
