Job summary

EssilorLuxottica's Dudley, MA facility is seeking an Injection Mold Operator to maintain and operate precision molding equipment producing optic lenses with minimal downtime. You will perform setup, changeovers, audits, mold preparation, and participate in cross-functional teams to ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a high school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor precision injection molding machines.
• Perform process setup to ISO procedures.
• Perform changeovers and mold handling as required.
• Conduct on-line product audits and record parameters.
• Identify defects and assist with root-cause analysis.
• Support other departments and training within the team.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety rules.
