EssilorLuxottica's Dudley, MA facility is seeking a Full-Time Injection Molder Operator to maintain and run high‑quality lens production equipment. You will operate precision injection molding machines, perform changeovers, and monitor process parameters to meet ISO standards.

You will join a high‑performance team responsible for process setup, product audits, defect identification, and line efficiency. Prior plastics manufacturing experience is a plus; high school diploma or GED required;

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a high school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor precision injection molding machines.
• Perform changeovers and prepare molds.
• Record daily operational parameters and log data.
• Identify defects and perform audits using gauges.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
