Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a high school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• 1-2 years' experience in plastics manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines and perform setup per ISO procedures.
• Conduct changeovers, clean/prepare/replace inserts, and restart machines.
• Record daily parameters, maintain logbooks and enter data into the computer.
• Interpret process parameters and adjust to meet specifications.
• Perform mold setups, including disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly; use forklift for molds.
• Perform cavity checks and audits using gauges and enter data.
