HellermannTyton is seeking a Set-Up Technician in Milwaukee, WI to perform mold changes, rehangs, and mold repairs while maintaining clean work areas and following all Quality and EHS policies. The role requires hands-on mold setup skills, ability to train others, and clear communication with support departments.

You must read water maps, operate forklifts, and lift up to 75 lbs. Ideal candidates will be mechanically minded with experience using hand tools, a solid understanding of production

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Mechanical aptitude with hand tools.
• Ability to read diagrams.
• Strong time management and attention to details.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and pull up to 120 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up molds on presses and water lines.
• Perform mold changes, rehangs, and pull molds for repairs.
• Keep work area neat, clean and organized.
• Train and communicate with support departments.
• Operate forklifts and purge machines.
• Maintain certifications by following policies and procedures.
