Job summary

HellermannTyton North America in Milwaukee is looking for a Mold Maintenance Technician. Under the supervision of the Mold Maintenance Supervisor, you will evaluate, maintain, and repair molds while ensuring compliance with quality and environmental standards. Responsibilities include cleaning molds, documenting maintenance, and making necessary repairs. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, mechanical aptitude, and at least one year of experience in a related field. Availability for overtime and forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a machine shop or mold maintenance department.
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently.
• Availability for daily and weekend overtime.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, maintain, and repair molds.
• Document work in tooling files and computer databases.
• Clean injection molding tools at the end of each production run.

Skills

Mechanical aptitude

Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs

Experience with injection molding tools

Forklift certification

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
