Job summary

HellermannTyton Corporation in Milwaukee seeks a Mold Maintenance Technician to evaluate, maintain and repair molds and complete conversions. You will support ISO and EMS certifications and document activity in tooling files and databases.

Responsibilities include cleaning tools, field-stripping molds, repairing components, and testing related equipment. The role requires inspection readiness and adherence to safety PPE protocols during all shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read blue prints and use precision measuring equipment.
• Experience with injection molding tools preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean all injection molding tools at end of each production run.
• Completely field strip mold according to PM schedule.
• Test and repair problems related to heaters, manifolds, and torpedoes.
• Make repairs or replace components as needed; document work in tooling files and databases.
• Maintain organized mold vault and PPE compliance.
