Job summary

HellermannTyton North America is seeking a Set-Up Technician to change molds, rehang, and pull molds for repairs and conversions. You will follow set-up procedures, keep the work area neat, and support documentation to maintain quality and safety standards.

The role requires mold setup knowledge, hand-tool proficiency, ability to read diagrams, and strong communication. Expect up to 12-hour shifts, potential overtime, and on-site work in Milwaukee, WI.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools required.
• Ability to read and understand diagrams.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and pull up to 120 lbs.
• Able to stand for 12-hour shifts and work overtime/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install and water molds on presses.
• Maintain housekeeping and return supplies to proper locations.
• Remove parts from previous jobs and prep for setup.
• Secure water lines to prevent rubbing or bursting.
• Shutdown machines using correct purge compound.
• Support corporate policies, procedures and required documentation.
• Suggest problems and improvements to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
