Alcon's Houston facility is seeking a skilled Mold Maker to repair, maintain, and optimize complex injection molds used in high-volume ophthalmic production. The role emphasizes quality, uptime, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting mold issues, performing preventive maintenance, interpreting engineering drawings and CAD models, and documenting activities in CMMS while working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in English.
• Onsite work in Houston.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot mold issues, disassemble, inspect, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on multi-cavity and hot runner systems.
• Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models; document activities in CMMS; collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
