CoWorx is seeking a Mold Maker for a direct-hire, 2nd shift position in Northvale, NJ. The role involves building, maintaining, repairing, and improving precision molds and tooling to support high-volume manufacturing.

The candidate will work with Engineering, Production and Quality teams to read complex drawings, operate mills, lathes and grinders, and inspect parts using precision instruments to ensure quality.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of Mold Maker experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and engineering drawings.
• Strong understanding of mold construction, maintenance and repair.
• Experience with milling, grinding, lathing and drilling equipment.
• Experience with inspection and quality control using precision instruments.

Mansioni

• Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine manufacturing approach.
• Design, build, repair, and maintain precision molds and fixtures.
• Collaborate with engineers and production to ensure tooling functionality.
• Inspect completed molds using micrometers, calipers and gauge blocks.
