Job summary

Moog is seeking a Mill Machinist II for the 3rd shift in Buffalo, NY. You will machine high-precision components used in critical flight systems for programs like F-35, MQ-25, and FLRAA. This onsite role offers a $3,500 sign-on bonus and requires FAA safety program enrollment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a CNC Mill Machinist.
• Enrollment in FAA Drug & Alcohol Program is required due to Safety Sensitive Work policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform a complete range of milling operations on all types of material using vertical mills and tracer-type milling machines.
• Set up and operate a vertical mill.
• Make all set-ups using specified equipment.
• Occasionally develop new methods and machining techniques.
• Interpret drawings and perform difficult layouts.
• Work with minimal guidance as needed.
• Inspect all work and detect defects using inspection equipment.
