Job summary

Horsepower Automotive Group in Chandler, AZ is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator for production MIG welding with TIG touch-ups on select jobs. Build laser-cut, automated parts into complete welded assemblies from start to finish, including grinding and finishing.

The role requires strong MIG welding, some TIG experience, and the ability to read CAD prints. Shift options include 1st or 2nd shift; offers full benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2+ years of MIG and/or TIG welding/fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to work either 1st shift (7:00am–3:30pm) or 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:30pm).

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of steel structures per CAD print requirements.
• Build complete assemblies start to finish, including grinding and finishing.
• Read and interpret product schematics and verify dimensions to spec.
• Track daily production build counts and flow.
• Operate a variety of manufacturing tools and welding equipment per job specifications.
• Ensure quality control standards are met on every weld and build.
• Adhere to all safety standards.
