Horsepower Automotive Group in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a seasoned MIG/TIG Welder for 1st or 2nd shift. Join a fully air-conditioned production shop and weld fabricated parts from CAD prints, performing MIG as primary method with TIG on select assemblies.

Requires 2+ years MIG/TIG welding, high school diploma, and ability to read CAD drawings; offers weekly pay, competitive hourly rate, benefits, paid holidays, and shift options.

Qualifications

• Must have strong MIG and TIG welding experience in a production setting.
• Experience reading CAD prints and translating to assemblies.
• Ability to maintain quality standards and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel structures per CAD print requirements.
• Build complete assemblies from start to finish including grinding and finishing.
• Read and interpret product schematics and verify dimensions to spec.
• Track daily production build counts and flow.
• Operate a variety of welding equipment per job specifications.
• Ensure quality standards are met on every weld and build.
• Adhere to all safety standards.
