Job summary

Horsepower Automotive Group in Chandler, AZ seeks experienced MIG and TIG welders to join a production team in a fully air-conditioned facility. The role focuses on MIG welding with TIG on select assemblies, building complete welded parts, and ensuring quality.

Competitive pay on two shifts, with full benefits and weekly pay. Required 2+ years MIG/TIG welding experience in a production setting, HS diploma or GED, and ability to work 1st or 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2+ years of MIG and/or TIG welding/fabrication experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year working in a production environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding per CAD print requirements.
• Build complete assemblies from start to finish, including grinding and finishing.
• Read and interpret product schematics and verify dimensions to spec.
• Track daily production build counts and flow.
• Operate welding equipment per job specifications and ensure quality.
