Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
• Comfort with microscope work; ability to read blueprints is a plus.
• Strong manual dexterity and excellent hand–eye coordination.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accurate work.

Responsibilities

• Execute fine through-hole soldering and detailed wiring under a microscope.
• Assemble electronic parts, connectors, and subassemblies to specification.
• Use benches, fixtures, tools, and assembly machinery safely and effectively.
• Inspect builds, clean, perform touch-ups, and rework as required to meet standards.
• Capture measurements and record product data when requested.
• Consistently meet quality criteria and daily production targets.
• Maintain a tidy, safe work area and follow all procedures.
• Support training efforts and collaborate to achieve team goals.
