Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in Lansdale is seeking a Microelectronics Assembler to join a high‑tech team supporting aerospace and defense systems. You will build, modify, inspect, and verify assemblies from schematics and process sheets, with cross-training across positions to support flexible production.

The role requires 1 year of electronics assembly and wire bonding experience, the ability to read technical drawings, and the capacity to obtain/maintain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience as electronic assembler (1 year).
• 1 year of wire bonding (thermosonic, thermocompression and ball bonding).
• Ability to read prints, parts list, process sheets and ECOs.
• Able to use hand tools and measurement devices (calipers, eyepieces).
• Must be a U.S. person and able to obtain/maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build, modify, rework and repair electrical components and subassemblies per schematics and drawings.
• Inspect builds to meet exacting standards and rework for quality as needed.
• Verify producibility during initial assembly to ensure smooth production flow.
• Cross-train across other assembly roles to support team flexibility.
• Perform micro-assembly tasks including die-attach under a microscope with epoxy/solder at 10x10 mils.
• Take on additional duties to meet production goals and timelines.
