Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Lansdale, PA is seeking an Assembler Level 2 to join our on-site team. You will assemble, modify, rework, and repair electrical components and modules with precision, guided by schematics, process sheets, and technical drawings.

You will work under the microscope for long hours, use hand tools and measuring devices, and help ensure product quality meets strict standards. The role offers exposure to mission-critical aerospace manufacturing and opportunities to grow within a

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Some experience working as an electronic assembler.
Able to interpret and work with print and parts list, process sheets/route cards and technical drawing packages (i.e., ECO’s).
Able to use hand tools (tweezers, scalpels).
Able to work under a microscope for a minimum of 9 hours a day.
Able to work with components which are at a minimum of 5 mil square.
Able to use measurement tools and devices such as scales, calibrated eyepieces and calipers.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

Assemble, modify, rework, and repair electrical components, subassemblies, and moderately complex modules using schematic diagrams, process sheets, and technical drawings.
Ensure every build meets exacting standards by performing rework when needed to guarantee quality and reliability.
Verify producibility during initial assembly to ensure smooth production flow.
Take on additional duties as needed to meet production goals and support mission-critical timelines.
