Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an experienced Assembler Level 3-Semi Rigid at our Lansdale, PA facility to assemble complex components and modules with precision, supporting manufacturing operations and quality standards.

You will follow prints and process sheets, use soldering and hand tools, and verify conformance. The role reports to the Sr ISC Production Supervisor and is on-site, with opportunities to advance in a defense/aerospace environment.

Qualifications

2–4 years’ assembler experience.
2 years’ soldering experience (J-Std).
Able to interpret process sheets, prints or route cards and technical drawings (ECOs, PRNs).
Knowledge of machine shop equipment (drill press, lathes, Bridgeport).
Ability to use hand and measuring tools; microscope when required.
US Citizenship required for contractual reasons.

Responsibilities

Assembles electronic components, assemblies, subassemblies and modules from samples, prints and routing instructions using tooling and machinery.
Assembles parts using solder, fasteners and adhesives for electronic builds.
Verifies results and performs rework to meet specifications.
Performs mechanical assembly using standard measuring tools and techniques.
Performs wire termination, harness installation and component soldering.
Preps, sands and finishes parts; cleans assemblies per Work Instructions.
Performs other duties as required.
