Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an Assembler Level 2 in Lansdale, PA, on-site. You will assemble, modify, rework, and repair electrical components, working from schematics and process sheets to ensure quality and reliability for mission-critical timelines.

Responsibilities include inline rework, producibility verification, and cross-training across assembly roles. Must be able to work under a microscope for long shifts and obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience working as an electronic assembler.
• Able to interpret print and parts list, process sheets/route cards and technical drawing packages (ECOs).
• Able to use hand tools (tweezers, scalpels).
• Able to work under a microscope for a minimum of 9 hours a day.
• Able to work with components as small as 5 mil square.
• Able to use measurement tools such as scales, calibrated eyepieces and calipers.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, modify, rework, and repair electrical components, subassemblies, and moderately complex modules using schematic diagrams and drawings.
• Ensure builds meet standards by performing rework when needed to guarantee quality and reliability.
• Verify producibility during initial assembly for smooth production flow.
• Cross-train across other assembly positions to support team flexibility.
• Perform manual die‑attach using epoxy and solder under a microscope.
• Take on additional duties to meet production goals and timelines.
