Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a skilled microelectronics assembler for a 3rd shift in Moorestown, NJ. You will fabricate and assemble microelectronics components, work with automated and semi-automated equipment, and ensure products meet strict specifications in a clean room environment.

Qualifications

• Specialized training in Microelectronics job functions.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must meet specified certification requirements required by the customer.

Responsibilities

• Fabricates or assembles production microelectronics components, modules or equipment by setting up and using machines and tools.
• Uses presses, punches, cleaners, etchers, printers, pick and place, epoxy dispense, wire bond, seam seal, laser pattering and drilling systems.
• Uses various hand tools and tasks such as sanding, grinding, tapping cementing, soldering, touch-up, screening, and cutting.
• Uses gauges, meters, and thermometers to assure that materials, finished products and production environment meet required specifications standards.
• Sets up equipment by installing tools, fixtures, screens, tapes and setting machine controls.
• Checks work for conformance and performs rework per instructions.
• May set up chemical process baths and mix adhesives and chemicals.
• Work in a clean room environment.
• May keep record of work and SPC data.
• Works with minimum supervision.
