Job summary

MACOM Technology Solutions Holdings in Hamilton Township, NJ, is seeking a Micro Assembler to perform micro assembly using manual die attach with conductive epoxy, wedge wire bonding and parallel gap welding in high-frequency RF product manufacturing.

The role requires reading drawings, preparing components, and training others while maintaining quality through inspections and collaboration with engineers and supervisors in an environmentally controlled factory setting.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years assembly experience.
• Must complete a skill evaluation replicating required job function during interview.
• U.S. Persons required due to ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare components for standard micro assembly.
• Perform rework and repair operations to correct defects.
• Inspect in-process components/assemblies by microscope to ensure quality.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings and instructions.
• Train and guide other assemblers on procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors and engineers to resolve production problems.
• Perform other duties as assigned in a dynamic environment.
