Job summary

You will follow documented procedures and work as part of a skilled team to meet production targets. Typical first-shift schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with pay starting at $18/hour and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Good dexterity and hand-eye coordination essential.
• Ability to read and follow documents precisely.

Responsibilities

• Operate microscopes and hand tools for assembly.
• Run automated assembly functions on equipment.
• Read and follow procedures and work instructions.
• Perform soldering, epoxy dispense, and component assembly at board level.
