The Reserves Network is seeking a Micro Assembly Technician in Sugar Land, TX to assemble and inspect miniature electronic and photonic components using microscopes and precision tools. You will contribute to high-quality products meeting strict engineering standards.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in precision assembly, experience under a microscope, and skills in wire bonding or micro-soldering. This is a temporary-to-hire role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in precision assembly or similar manufacturing.
• Experience under a microscope for extended periods required.
• Experience handling miniature components.
• Experience with wire bonding, micro-soldering, photonics or semiconductors is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision assembly of miniature components.
• Work with microscopes and precision tools.
• Align, wire bond, micro-solder, and assemble as required.
• Conduct in-process inspections per specs.
• Follow SOPs and engineering drawings.
• Document production activities and report issues.
• Support rework and repair of assemblies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain cleanroom, ESD and safety compliance.
• Keep a clean, organized workspace.
