You will handle micro-parts with tweezers, perform visual quality checks, and follow established production procedures to ensure consistent part quality.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience using microscopes in a professional/manufacturing setting.
• History of handling, inspecting, and reworking micro-components under magnification.
• Superior hand-eye coordination and advanced fine motor capabilities.
• Adeptness in manipulating tweezers and high-precision hand tools.
• Capacity to remain seated and operate under a microscope most of the workday.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to absorb training criteria quickly and distinguish good parts from defects.
• Stamina to sustain accuracy during repetitive fine-scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute intricate rework on micro-components using a microscope station.
• Use tweezers and precision hand tools to extract parts and seat replacements.
• Move delicate items safely to prevent damage during assembly.
• Conduct rigorous visual inspections to distinguish compliant vs. non-compliant parts.
• Perform basic quality QA on own output and know when rework is needed.
• Follow documented procedures and quality benchmarks.
