Alloy Holdings LLC seeks a meticulous Metals Manufacturing Operator to perform cutting, finishing, slitting, rolling, and annealing tasks. You’ll handle material loading, quality checks, and equipment maintenance to ensure consistent product quality.

The role requires reading technical drawings, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with maintenance and QC teams. On-site position with safety-focused operations support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in metals manufacturing or related field.
• Technical proficiency with cutting, finishing, slitting, rolling and annealing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational training or certification in metal manufacturing is a plus.
• Prior metals industry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate cutting machinery to meet dimensions and tolerances.
• Finish surfaces to required standards on Claire line.
• Slit metal coils to specified widths and inspect results.
• Set up and operate rolling mills per specs.
• Conduct annealing to enhance metal properties.
• Load/unload materials and inspect for defects.
• Perform regular quality checks and adjust settings.
• Maintain equipment and report issues.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE.
