Lakeside Manufacturing, Inc is seeking a skilled 1st Shift Machine Operator to join our team. You will set up and operate small mechanical press brakes, punch presses, deburring machines, and other equipment to fabricate stainless steel products to exact specifications.

The role requires reading blueprints, inspecting first pieces, and maintaining quality standards while supporting a collaborative, safety-first work environment with ample learning opportunities and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma/GED equivalent, plus 1-3 years related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, tape measure, micrometer, square, and protractor.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate small mechanical press breaks and small mechanical punches.
• Operate deburring machines and other listed equipment.
• Read and interpret parts lists, blueprints, and drawings.
• Perform routine maintenance and complete paperwork accurately.
