Job summary

Lakeside Manufacturing is seeking a 1st Shift Custom Assembler to join our team in Wisconsin. This role focuses on precision welding and assembly of stainless steel products to meet customer specifications.

Key requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years related experience. You will read blueprints, operate systems to print labels, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 1–3 years related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom parts by tightening nuts, bolts, screws, riveting or spot welding.
• Perform some plumbing and electrical work as needed.
• Read parts lists, blueprints, and drawings to assemble products.
• Enter work orders and print labels using the computer.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality compliance.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and complete required paperwork.
