Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned duties in accordance with documented procedures and work instructions.
• Train and become proficient in machine startup and shutdown procedures.
• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment in accordance with specifications.
• Develop a basic understanding of manufacturing processes, measurement adjustments, and work order instructions.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks at the operator level.
• Conduct pre-inspection of panels, identifying defects such as poor printing, rub-down issues, or resist failure.
• Accurately interpret and complete work order documentation and production records.
• Maintain a working knowledge of production processes and quality expectations.
• Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support team operations and contribute to overall production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
