• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic computer use are essential.
• Effective communication with team members is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and use hand and power tools.
• Read drawings, instructions, gauges and measuring devices.
• Log in and out of jobs using PMF shop floor data system.
• Follow daily work schedule and maintain safety standards.
• Perform 5S maintenance and assist with material handling.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
