Job summary

Power Solutions International, Inc. is seeking a Fabrication Team Member in the United States to operate a range of metal fabrication equipment and follow blueprints and specifications. You will join a team delivering turnkey power packages and support from setup to inspection.

The role emphasizes precision machining, adherence to safety procedures, and collaboration with manufacturing staff to meet quality standards and production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience including the ability to apply math and read, comprehend, and convert instructions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in metal fabrication machining, assembly, and/or high-volume manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of Metric and English measurement systems with the ability to perform conversions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate metal fabrication machines to ensure precision machining.
• Monitor and verify finished parts conform to engineering drawings and quality standards per the Control Plan.
• Ensure standard procedures are followed for tool setup, process verification, product inspection, documentation, and material handling.
• Perform general machine maintenance per Daily Maintenance Checklists.
• Lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds of materials and assist with heavier items as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures including PPE use and ergonomic practices.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
