Power Solutions International, Inc. (PSI) seeks a Fabrication Team Member to support the Metal Processing Team Lead. The role involves setting up and operating metal fabrication machines to cut, bend, and form metal plates and structural shapes according to blueprints and specs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; ability to apply math (fractions, ratios, measurements) and read and interpret manuals/diagrams.
• Demonstrated proficiency in metal fabrication machining, assembly, and/or high-volume manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of Metric and English measurement systems and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate metal fabrication machines to perform precision machining per blueprints.
• Monitor finished parts for conformance to engineering drawings and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to standard procedures including tool setup, process verification, inspection, and documentation.
