Power Solutions International is seeking a Fabrication Team Member for 1st shift. You will set up and operate brakes, rolls, saws, and presses to form metal per blueprints, ensuring quality per the Control Plan.

Expect early hours, overtime opportunities, and a strong focus on safety and teamwork. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, proficiency in metal fabrication and measurement systems, and the ability to read manuals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and ability to read, understand, and convert manuals/blueprints.
• Proficiency in metal fabrication machining, assembly, or high-volume manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of Metric and English measurement systems and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate metal fabrication machines to perform precise machining per drawings.
• Monitor finished parts against engineering drawings and quality standards.
• Follow standard procedures for tool setup, process verification, and documentation.
• Perform general machine maintenance per daily checks.
• Assist in lifting up to 40 pounds and team lifts for heavier items.
• Adhere to safety procedures and use PPE during operations.
