Job summary

EmployBridge in Rogers, MN seeks a dependable Assembly Technician to join our growing manufacturing team. You will assemble architectural metal products using mechanical fasteners and adhesives, ensuring quality, accuracy, and production standards are met.

The role requires reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with overtime as needed and starting pay at $20.00/hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure to the nearest 1/16".
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and assembly instructions preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform both mechanical and adhesive assembly processes.
• Rivet, bolt, screw, and glue components together to create finished products.
• Communicate with the Assembly Lead regarding daily priorities and production needs.
• Inspect assembled products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adapt to changing priorities and production requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
