Job summary

110 Metalworks Inc. is seeking an Assembly Technician in a hands-on machine shop environment. You will read basic blueprints, assemble parts with rivet guns and drills, install fasteners, and solve small problems with teammates from day one.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of hands-on assembly experience (machine shop experience is a big plus).
• Solid understanding of how to use common hand and power tools.
• A keen eye for detail—you take pride in doing things right.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions (written and spoken).
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a self-starting mindset.

Responsibilities

• Putting together parts and tools using rivet guns, PEM setters, drills—you name it.
• Installing fasteners and hardware with care and accuracy.
• Reading basic blueprints (don’t worry, we’ll help if you’re rusty).
• Solving small problems before they become big ones
• Working closely with a tight-knit team that’s got your back
• Staying organized and focused, even when things get busy
