Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is seeking an Assembly / Crating Technician for a manufacturing company in Rogers, MN. You will read blueprints, assemble sheet metal components, and operate production equipment to ensure quality. This is a first-shift, temporary role with weekday hours and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly/manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and work orders.
• Commitment to safety procedures and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to determine assembly instructions.
• Assemble sheet metal components using hand and power tools.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Operate equipment such as presses and drills.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow established safety procedures and cooperate with team members.
