Job summary

Dover is seeking an assembler to perform metal component assembly in a production cell. Follow standard work, read drawings, and test assemblies while maintaining quality and safety. Use pneumatic tools and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to meet daily production targets.

The role requires good English communication, teamwork, and the ability to stand for extended periods. PPE is provided, and a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety rules.
• Strong manual dexterity for repetitive assembly tasks.
• Willingness to wear PPE (steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, jacket).
• Adaptability to changing production needs and environments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical products using standard work instructions and drawings.
• Identify issues and ensure quality during assembly and testing.
• Maintain safe, organized work area and participate in 6S activities.
• Meet daily production targets and cooperate with team members.
• Operate required tools and equipment in the cell and document activities.
