Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Product Training Manager for the Precision Medicine portfolio to develop and maintain education programs for the Commercial organization, including MI Clarity and Caris DETECT.

Reporting to the Director of Product Launch & Continuous Education, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations to translate scientific data into engaging learning experiences that support onboarding, launches, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial training, product education, sales enablement, learning and development, marketing, or related commercial roles within life sciences, diagnostics, biotechnology, or healthcare.
• Experience in precision medicine, molecular diagnostics, or oncology preferred.
• Experience in healthcare sales, product marketing, medical education, or customer-facing commercial roles preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific and clinical information into practical, engaging learning solutions.
• Strong project management, collaboration, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product training curriculum.
• Translate complex information into engaging training materials.
• Design learning pathways, certifications, assessments, and playbooks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align training with strategy.
• Monitor updates and keep materials current.
• Lead onboarding and product launch trainings.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and apply improvements.
• Maintain governance and quality of training materials.
• Support national/regional education events.
• Maintain knowledge of Caris products and workflows.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
