Diaceutics PLC, a diagnostic-driven therapy commercialization company, is expanding its US team with Precision Medicine Field Liaisons to support a new therapy launch. You will work with clinical chemistry laboratories and reference centres across the US, combining scientific insight with relationship-building to accelerate access to testing and treatments.

You will engage with pathologists and laboratory staff, translate complex diagnostics concepts, and travel to sites and events as required,

Formación

• Experience in life sciences, diagnostics, oncology, biotechnology or related testing.
• Capable of engaging new stakeholders and building relationships from scratch.
• Able to translate complex scientific info into accessible conversations.
• Comfortable working in field-based, virtual environments.
• Based in the US and able to travel to labs and events as needed.

Role Summary

Help laboratories remove barriers to testing and give more patients access to the right treatment. We’re growing our US team at Diaceutics and looking for Precision Medicine Field Liaisons to support the launch of a new therapy.

You’ll work directly with clinical chemistry laboratories and reference centres across the US, combining scientific expertise, field insight and relationship building to help strengthen precision medicine testing.

What you’ll do

• Build trusted relationships with pathologists, laboratory managers and other key laboratory stakeholders
• Help laboratories understand and prepare for new and developing diagnostic testing
• Identify barriers across testing pathways, workflows and laboratory capabilities
• Turn field insights into clear, actionable recommendations
• Work alongside Diaceutics and pharmaceutical partner teams to support a successful therapy launch

What we're looking for

• Have experience in life sciences, diagnostics, oncology, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals or diagnostic laboratory testing
• Can confidently engage new stakeholders and build relationships from the ground up
• Are comfortable translating complex scientific information into meaningful conversations
• Enjoy solving problems and working independently in a field-based, virtual environment
• Are based in the US and able to travel to laboratory sites and industry events as required
• Experience within the US laboratory network or existing relationships with pathologists or oncologists would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
